In 2008,the outbreak of the national economic crisis has caused a huge impact on the development of China's service industry.Many service enterprises are facing bankruptcy due to poor performance,and only some large service enterprises can survive the impact of the economic crisis due to their large scale and wide business scope.After several years of economic recovery to allow enterprises to breathe,but 'labor shortage' has become an important issue in the development of enterprises.In the severe economic situation of W company in recent years,through group restructuring and transformation,the business volume finally gradually recovered,but with the expansion of scale,"labor shortage" has become an inevitable important problem for W company.How to absorb a large number of advanced talents according to the company's culture and advantages,improve its own value and create more profits,and then improve its market competitiveness.At first,this paper studied the human resource management theory,introduces the development background of W company,using case analysis,literature research and quantitative analysis,discusses about the present situation of W company is currently looking for analysis,and used the questionnaire in chapter 3,it is concluded that W company recruitment situation exists many shortcomings,and analyze the causes of these defects.Chapter 4 studies and analyzes the above problems and reasons,proposes a detailed design of the recruitment system for W company's sales staff,and establishes the overall framework of the recruitment system through the recruitment and selection of two aspects.In addition,through the combination of the above designed recruitment system in chapter 5,corresponding safeguard measures are formulated in terms of culture,personnel and system to obtain a perfect recruitment system design,so as to improve the efficiency of W company's recruitment of sales personnel.As W company is a national chain group company,after several years of promotion,it has established a good brand image for the company,and its courses and services have been recognized by the masses.But as the business scale expanding,the demand for talent for sales employees have far cannot satisfy the demand of the market,so how to improve the enterprise human resources management in the importance of enterprise development,realize "people-oriented",improve the condition of W company recruitment,then W companies enhance competitiveness in the market at present is the research purpose and meaning of this article.
