Since the birth of China's property management industry,it has been nearly 40 years.With the great development of China's economy and the real estate industry,property management,as the follow-up open and repair industry of taking over real estate projects put into use,has also expanded rapidly.Nonetheless,China's property management industry is still at a relatively backward stage compared with that of developed countries with the history of more than one hundred years.Still,there exist a lot of problems in management mode,management methods,management concepts,etc.Among them,the difficulty in recruiting junior staff and its high turnover rate are the common problems encountered in the management of property management enterprises,which limit the further development of the industry.As a typical property management company,N Company was established 21 years ago with the rapid development of the industry.However,similar to the entire property management industry,N Company is also confronted with the difficulties of recruiting junior staff and its high turnover rate.The irregularity of recruitment management seriously threatens the safety of N Company's employment and restricts its development.Based on the relevant theories of recruitment management,this thesis adopts both literature research and empirical analysis to study the current status of N Company's recruitment.Through the combination of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,it is found that there exist such problems as insufficient recruitment planning,unreasonable recruitment process,and the lack of recruitment evaluation.Therefore,in order to solve these problems,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures,involving strengthening overall recruitment planning,unifying personnel selection criteria,expanding multiple recruitment channels,improving the quality of recruiters,simplifying and standardizing the enrollment process,establishing the recruitment evaluation system,and strengthening the management of staff entry.What's more,this thesis provides significant ideas for N Company to further improve the recruitment system,and also offers reference value for other companies' recruitment in the property management industry.
