Effective recruitment is the presupposition and the critical step of human resource management, and ensures organizational performance and goals. This paper uses the basic theories of human resource management and recruitment to analyze the problems in the recruitment process of Henan Huiyou Ltd., and does some research in frame an effective recruitment system of Henan Huiyou Ltd. Firstly, it states the resource, meaning and goals of this topic, introduces the research methods and structure of this paper; Secondly, it defines human resource humane resource and human resource management, then the principles of staff recruitment. It emphasizes the necessary of recruitment in human resource management, and states the effect factors in staff recruiting, followed by analysis of effective recruitment process. It focuses on the discuss that the presupposition of effective recruitment are human resource plan and job analysis; thirdly, it pictures the development of Huiyou Ltd. and healthy industry that it is in. Then it introduces the organizational structure,growth,products,strategies and the like, at last it analyzes the main problems in human resource management and staff recruitment, that is: has no long term recruiting plan and lacks whole consideration; ambiguous understand in recruiting positions; no necessary organization and training for new hands, and the new crew member are low quality; recruiting process lack scientific and objective management; ways of selection are limited, interview is not reasonable; lack effective recruiting feedback and appraisal; not build a reasonable and effective human resource storage systems and etc. Fourthly, and the highlight of the paper, it identifies the human resource strategies and characters of Huiyou Ltd., then it points out the problems that Huiyou should attention, at last it suggests three steps should be done in setting up an effective...
