Today, the trend of global economic integration, improve logistics efficiencybecomes a key factor in the competitiveness of enterprises, the development of modernlogistics industry is to improve the quality and efficiency of China’s economicoperation; expansion and liberalization of logistics services market after China’saccession to the WTO, the logistics market increasingly competitive, and the same forthe courier industry-the logistics branch presented a serious challenge. Corporatestrategy is one of the important due to cable for the survival and development ofenterprises, research on the express enterprise development strategy, has been a topicof theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the theory and methods ofmarketing management and strategic management science, combined with corporatebalanced scorecard that cash performance assessment tool to demonstrate this article tolearn the latest research results of the corporate strategic management theory, thesystem in-depth strategy of China’s express delivery companies of theoretical analysisand empirical research, and the establishment of the logistics enterprise StrategyBalanced Scorecard application-oriented research.
