With economic development, our diversified conglomerates increases quickly,although these enterprises subsidiaries have their own respective areas of business,but in reality, each other’s business activities have blended more and more, subsidiaryfragmented way is not conducive to the overall development of the group ofcompanies. LC company, as a large diversified company is involved in IT, thephotoelectric lighting and real estate multiple plate. With the growth of their ownbusiness, it also encountered the same difficulties in the management. According tothis, the headquarters came up with a business strategy of "integration". Theimplementation of the strategy is not easy, it needs many related functions`support,which is particularly important is the remuneration management. LC traditional paymodel is managed by each subsidiary, which is very unscientific, and some pay modelis too rigid, and no incentive; some in internal lost fairness, stability is not conduciveto the people; others are rigid and has an unreasonable salary structure, etc. In short,the traditional mode of remuneration hinders the realization of the strategy of"integration".On this basis, through the use of theory of fairness and competitive, based on thecompensation management of LC, we analyze LC’s original pay model, explore itsshortcomings and seek to correct the direction. The paper based on jobs pay systemre-designed the remuneration system, internal to establish pay bands rely on the valueof posts, external reference to external market pay levels, to establish certain salarycompetitiveness. Then, through the design of the salary structure, reflecting thecharacteristics of different types of jobs salary, at the same time, regarding to thecombination of LC subsidiaries remuneration package features a scientificremuneration packages.The innovation of this paper is the first to achieve the pay model integration bythe thought of strategic thinking of "integration", at the same time, through jobanalysis, pioneered the LC Company’s subsidiary a horizontal and verticalcomprehensive comparison. This is a huge project, but it has far-reaching significanceand long-term development for the enterprise.
