With the real estate market competition intensifies, the real estate industry willgradually enter inter-regional multi-project development at the same time throughmergers and expansion of large-scale implementation, the decision-making level ofprocurement management of real estate enterprise level, especially for the projectprocurement management, will play a decisive role of operational performance,profitability and core competitiveness of the whole enterprises. How to carrymulti-project procurement management and performance evaluation has become a veryreal significance of the study to the real estate development enterprises in China.This paper will supply the chain management theory to the real estate industryenterprises procurement, the unique advantages of the supply chain theory to guide thereal estate enterprise multi-project procurement management, and put forward theproject procurement management mode based on supply chain, the implementation ofcentralized and decentralized procurement strategy, and establish strategic partnership along-term relationship with suppliers.First of all, in the introduction section, through the stating of the traditionalcorporate malpractice in procurement management, need to cross-regional multi-projectdevelopment of the real estate companies as well as the necessity of strengtheningprocurement management, put forward to strengthen project procurement managementhas very important practical significance for real estate enterprises.Secondly, supply chain, supply chain management theory and project procurementmanagement theory was introduced, by the description of the actuality of the real estateenterprise multi-project procurement management, and describes the advantages ofmulti-project procurement management model based on supply chain, indicating thatthe necessity of purchasing patterns based on supply chain.Thirdly, through the detail of the enterprise procurement way, the mixedprocurement model of centralized and decentralized procurement is proposed. In orderto solve the supplier management problems of real estate industry, this paper putsforward to establish long-term strategic partnership with supplier strategy.In addition, this paper carries out the effective performance management andevaluation on the multi-project procurement management model based on supply chain.The multi-project performance evaluation index system was determined through the introduction of the Balanced Score card, and finally through the use of qualitative andquantitative methods to evaluate the performance of the multi-project procurement,which provide some theoretical help for the real estate enterprise multi-projectprocurement management.Finally, through the analysis of the problems on the multi-project procurementperformance evaluation in enterprises, and the proposal of some suggestions andcountermeasures which provide some way to solve the problem for procurementmanagement of the real estate enterprises.This paper attempts to explore an adaptation in the procurement of thedevelopment of the real estate enterprise multi-project management model andperformance evaluation methods which provide some theoretical support for the realestate companies which are exploring multi-project management.
