What has been studied in this paper is Chinese Social e-commerce Businessmodel. Business model has important meaning which can guide businesses valueoptimization and innovation activities. However, academia has not yet reach a unifieddefinition. The research process stay in the theoretical aspects. Since Chinese Sociale-commerce has emerged in ten years, it has arouse the attention of domesticacademia with poor corresponding paper. Therefore, the study of social businessmodel has important strategic significance for relative websites, and also has certainacademic research contributions.This paper aims to establish social e-commerce business model, then maketheoretical analysis and finally do simulation verification with NetLogo.Firstly,40typical social e-commerce website has been selected from chinaz.comand Alexa.com with critical information like upstream flow, downstream flow, contentcontributors and so on. Then, three interfaces, social customer interface, internalstructure, and partner interface has been identified based on the framework ofMesoscopic business model framework. After this, business model of sociale-commerce has been completed as value-activity diagram is done.Secondly, this paper proposed social-ability index and commerce-ability indexand derive the formula by regression analysis of the data.Finally, system simulation experiments have been made by using NetLogo, thencompared three conditions with different content contributors, that is, Super star,Daren and grassroots. The results are conformed to reality.
