Performance of corporate human resources management system is the systemcapacity, system behavior and system results which are during the operation ofenterprise human resources management system. Human resources management systemis an important part of the enterprise system, It has become a bottleneck that do notmake small and medium private enterprises become stronger, bigger, longer.Well-known management guru Peter Drucker said:“can not be quantified, can notmanage”.So if you want to make management of performance effectivly.It must beevaluated and quantified.This paper is based on the theory of in-depth study at home and abroad. First, theperformance of corporate human resources management system concept has beenclearly defined, and build a corporate human resources management system conceptualmodel of performance evaluation. It based on model of performance evaluation andbuild a corporate human resources management system performance evaluation indexsystem. This article is mainly starts from capacity, system behavior and the results threedimensions.According to design the questionnaire,and using factor analysis methodsand other methods, SPSS17.0, AMOS5.0extracte some evaluation indicators ofenterprises human resource management system of performance. At last, in this paper,using expert scoring, AHP, fuzzy mathematics method to determine the weight ofevaluation index,and take small and medium private enterprises in Shaanxi for exampleto do actual evaluation. It made preliminary validation of the constructed evaluationindex system and evaluation model. Finally, this paper argues that we should improvethe institutional capacity, strengthen the system behavior and to optimize the results ofthe system to enhance human resource management system performance of small andmedium private enterprises.In this study, we take small and medium private enterprises in Shaanxi for researchobject. According to using exploratory factor, confirmatory factor analysis and fuzzymathematics, that are conclusions:The performance of corporate human resources management system is the systemability of human resources management,system behavior and system resultsunification integration. Human resource management system performance evaluationindicators are human, systemic, authority, independence and impartiality, normative behavior, behavioral integration, coordination behavior and motivate behavior;employee performance, employee satisfaction and employee engagement; In threedimensional of the corporate human resource management system of performanceevaluation, the weight of the system capacity dimension is the largest,behaviordimensional is followed by the system capacity dimension,and the result is last; wefound that four private enterprise human resource management system performance isrelatively low overall, and the mainly reason is system capacity is low.The main innovation of this paper is to definne human resource managementsystem performance and construction of evaluation index system.according to studyresearch of the system performance and the research of human resource managementsystem.According to the reseach, on the one hand, it can add corporate human resourcesmanagement system theory research.On the other hand, it can help managers of privateenterprises to do the work of human resources management.
