Career Resilience refers to when the employees are in the face of professionaladversity,they can overcome career adversity and rebound. This study, starting from the point ofview of the positive psychology,appyied empirical research to explore the Career Resiliencecontent structure.in the study, the relationship between Career Resilience and its consequencesvariable (job performance), the intermediary between Career Resilience and the consequencesof variable (job involvement) and the manipulated effect (Perceived Organizational Support)have been tested. The results showed that:1. The content structure of Career Resilience in the Chinese context is three-dimensional,including: achievement and goals, adapt, and the spirit of exploration.2. Career Resilience have significantly positive impact on job performance (taskperformance and the relationship).3. Job involvement plays a role of part mediator between the Career Resilience of itsdimensions and job performance (task performance and relational performance).4. Perceived organizational support’s moderating effect between Career Resilience and jobperformance is significant, and the moderating effect of perceived organizational support partltwork through job involvement.5. Different working lives of employees have different effect on Career Resilience.Differentmarital status, jobs, employees of the corporate nature are of significant differences at CareerResilience’s different dimensions.
