In the absence of boundary and protean career occupation of new era,great changes of staff employment opportunities and employment concept,along with the enterprise ranks vertical climb is no longer their ideal choice,and constantly improve the ability to reach the goal of their own occupation,occupation expectation,rapid occupation in a dynamic environment has become a major growth the pursuit of their employees.Not a good occupation growth within the organization,the organizational commitment will be reduced,and the turnover.For enterprises to keep sustainable competitive ability and achieve strategic objectives,is extremely unfavorable.Therefore,occupation growth is not only the needs of employees,it is an important problem that enterprises should pay attention to.How to improve the employee's organizational occupation growth has attracted widely discussed in recent years,scholars,but they have more attention to the research of organizational factors,individual factors.According to the changeable and boundless Academic career theory,leading occupation career development of individuals rather than organizations,that is to say the organizational factors on employee growth need occupation role in individual factors can play its effectiveness.The growth of organizational factors on employee occupation is very important,but ultimately explain employee occupation growth situation is different,it must also be taken into account individual psychology and cognition.Therefore,in order to compensate for the lack of previous studies,and further deepen our understanding of occupation growth,this paper attempts to start from the perspective of perceived organizational support for new employees,how to promote the growth of individual factors to carry out occupation exploratory empirical research.Review of research on related fields through this paper,by means of psychological resource theory and motivation theory,carries on the investigation to361 new employees,new employees analyzed the relationship between perceived organizational support and occupation growth and active social behavior intermediaryrole in the relationship between the further analysis of new employees psychological capital regulation effect on the intermediary role.The results show that:(1)New employee's perceived organizational support were significantly and positively related to career growth.(2)New employee's proactive socialization behavior partial mediated the relationship between perceived organizational support and career growth.(3)The first-stage of this indirect path(i.e.,perceived organizational support to career growth with proactive socialization behavior as a mediation)was mediated by psychological capital.
