Formation Mechanism、Effect Factors And Regulatory Research To Tourist Slaughter

The tourism industry of our country is still in the early stages of development,tourism market mechanism is not perfect, and fleecing problems in China’s tourism markethas become a huge obstacle restricting the long-term development of China’s tourismindustry, and the fleecing and defrauding issues has been the common concern of tourists’and the industry’s. On one hand, these problems have seriously affected the quality oftourism activities, which intensified the conflicts between tourists and tourism enterprises;On the other hand, these issues restricted the sustainable development of tourism industry.Therefore, Problems of tourist defrauding has drawn the attention of the government aswell as the travel agencies who intended to make every efforts to change the situation. Butresulted from the lack of effective guidance, problems of our country‘s tourism defraudinghave not been fundamentally resolved. Under this circumstance, this paper takes thetourism defrauding in QHD which is a coastal city as an example, starting from the macrolevel of tourism market and analyzed the existent defrauding in our tourism products.According to the conclusion, we offered some effective measures of governmentsupervision to ensure the tourism industry sustainably and healthier.Firstly, this paper illustrates the background and significance of this research andsummarized the research status of the domestic and international scholars, pointing outthat we are lagging behind the defrauding supervision comparing to the strong growth ofthe tourism industry. Secondly, this paper discusses the defrauding phenomena and thepresent status, based on the analysis of the connotation; this paper illustrates it and pointesout the behavior of all the stakeholders. Thirdly, after the investigation on the defraudingthrough the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the roots of each aspect which includedlacking of self-discipline of the tour operators, weak governmental supervision, wrongguidance of the tourism involvers and the vicious marketing price competitions. Finally,aiming at the problem which has the impact on the long-term development of tourism, thispaper puts forward to strengthen the public tourism information platform, tourism industryinvolvers, the supervision of government and try to fund the reasonable tour guide salary system, then regulates the whole market.
