Reform Of City Guide Management System In The Perspective Of Public Administration

In recent years,due to the continuous development of Nanjing tourism industry,the number and size of the tour guides are expanding.The tour guides,referred to as "the soul of tourism",are the main group of tourism industry,the axis of travel services.However,in recent years,various problems related to the quality of tour guide service occur frequently.Guide belt group service capabilities,spots on the level of civilization and manners,personal quality and business quality aspects also has the insufficiency,the tour guide service quality problems become the focus of complaints of tourism impact,satisfaction of tourists to the tourism related products are affected.Consequently,tour guide management system has outstanding research value.This paper first introduces the background and the significance of the research status,Nanjing city tour guide management,expounds the ideas and methods of this research,adopt the comparative method,investigation method of the questionnaire,literature induction method etc..The second part of the article clarifies some theoretical basis of tour guide management.The third part analyzes the guide industry analysis of existing problems and causes.Analysis of the theoretical basis and based on the problems,this paper puts forward some concrete measures for Nanjing city tour guide management reform.Based on the theory of government functions and problem of Nanjing city tour guide management system in government function,put forward the reform of the management system and suggestions.The existence of the theory of public service and tour guide personnel training based on the problems,put forward the construction of training management mechanism and the improvement of tourist guide service system suggestion.The problem of high human resources incentive theory and guide the loss rate based on the proposed reform of tour guide salary system suggestion.Finally,put forward to strengthen the construction of the guide their own quality,it is essential to improve the management of tour guide industry.
