The construction industry is the pillar industry of China’s economy hasmade great progress at the same time there is the quality of the project can not beguaranteed, inadequate market discipline, technical level and world level, and soon. Building system reform after the construction management and services layer,two layers of separation, resulting in China’s construction labor subcontractingmanagement problems are more serious. Specialist sub-contractors and laborsub-markets are not perfect, labor subcontracting there are a lot of private chaostrading, these cases resulted in the construction quality, safety, and effectivenessis difficult to be guaranteed, is not conducive to healthy and sustainabledevelopment in the construction industry. If you can do the management of laborsubcontracting, the benefits of the project to protect the economic interests ofenterprises and social benefits will be enhanced. If you do not do this work, theproject quality, safety and efficiency will be affected, not only makes economiclosses, and will also affect corporate reputation in the community. Therefore,in-depth investigation and analysis of construction enterprise management statusof labor subcontracting, for the problems in the system to explore and to analyzeand continuously improve the sustainable development of China’s ConstructionLabor sub-management level construction health significance.This thesis is in the Investigation of labor subcontracting on the basis of themanagement status of construction enterprises, construction enterprises laborsub-management evaluation index system and evaluation model to be applied tothe actual project as an example, and finally the management system ofConstruction Enterprises of Work Subcontractors study. The main findings are asfollows:(1) A more systematic exposition of building developments in China, andfocuses on domestic and foreign labor subcontracting management status,statistics and analysis on the whole all kinds of literature, more explicitspecifications of construction enterprises of work subcontractors the importanceof management.(2) From the macro evaluation of China’s labor subcontracting managementstatus, combined with the survey and construction site field trips to acombination of methods, labor subcontracting companies to conduct a surveyvisit, analysis summarizes the main problems of the construction laborsubcontract management. (3) Considering the characteristics of labor subcontracting the managementof various aspects of building construction enterprises of work su bcontractorsmanagement evaluation index system. The system was established includinglabor sub-select, labor sub-package contract, the three criteria, including thelayer index in the management of labor subcontracting process and qualificationlevel, and site management capabilities, construction performance, human factors,including the15index level indicators; AHP to determine each index weights,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the basic framework of acomprehensive evaluation models and evaluation methods of constructionenterprises of work subcontractors.(4) The main problems of the construction enterprises in the laborsubcontract management to put forward two proposals. First, from theconstruction business point of view the design of three management mechanism,first, bear with the government policy environment and labor subcontractingreform of external factors.
