But the huge diversity of different logistics enterprise, the inflexible pricing system for premium and insufficient coverage range, while the logistics laws and regulations in China need to be perfect, all these factors lead to the awkward situation of the developing of logistics liability insurance product. How to develop the logistics liability insurance has been one of the focuses among the logistics industry. To completely copy foreign product cannot solve the practical problems. But there exist severe plagiarism between domestic insurance companies. So it is difficult to apply to. The development of logistics liability insurance not only asks improve the products but also its environment.First, this thesis based on the logistics liability insurance of the United States and Britain (TTCLUB), and comparative analysis of domestic logistics liability insurance, then point out that the existence of the two key issues of China logistics liability insurance----coverage is unreasonable, calculation basis is unscientific. Then identify and classify the risk, which domestic third-party logistics enterprises are facing, summary the reasonable logistics liability insurance coverage and use DHGF model to test. The quantitative analysis methods were introduced to logistics liability insurance rates adjustment can make charging basis more reasonable and scientific. For example, using AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the initial rate, and bring NCD model into the final level rate adjustment. Finally, try to preliminary build logistics liability insurance system based third-party logistics insurance.All these analysis and study on logistics liability insurance may have some immature aspects, but these exploring and experiences will provide an important reference to further promoting the logistics liability insurance in our country.
