Research On Risk Analysis And Logistics Liability Insurance Of Logistics Enterprises

Logistics liability insurance covers almost all the operational risks in the logistics industry,including transportation,distribution,loading and unloading,warehousing,packaging,distribution processing and information services.It provides logistics enterprises with logistics links in the supply chain and designs reasonable insurance products for logistics enterprises.It is an inevitable development of logistics enterprises and insurance companies,and it has a win-win advantage.Firstly,this paper systematically studies the relevant basic theories of risk management and risk management of logistics enterprises,proposes the necessity of effective risk management for logistics enterprises under the current situation,and attempts to conduct risk analysis on the logistics enterprises and further analyze and summarize the types of liability risks and risk factors of logistics enterprises.Secondly,through in-depth research on the liability risk identification and liability risk assessment of logistics enterprises,this paper introduces the method of combining the selection method and the PIC model to the risk assessment of logistics enterprises,and the risk level is determined according to the absolute value and relative value of the risk.Then,it introduces the status quo of logistics liability insurance,the expansion of logistics liability insurance and two methods for pricing logistics liability insurance-analogy and combination.Finally,it is the case analysis.It conducts the risk identification analysis of the G logistics enterprise and determines the risk value of the G logistics enterprise and the corresponding risk level.The results of the assessment are applied to the actual situation of the G logistics enterprise,and the rates of underwriting liability and logistics liability insurance are determined according to the business data of the G logistics enterprise,and finally it makes recommendations for logistics companies.This paper focuses on the research methods introduced by basic theories and actual cases,proposes a method combining the selection method with the PIC model to semi-quantitatively evaluate the risks of logistics enterprises,and uses the combination method to determine the rate,which provides a new standard for insurance pricing.
