Since business outsourcing management thoughts used in the west in largeenterprises in1970s, non-core business outsourcing has been accepted by manyenterprises. Through outsourcing non-core business to optimize the allocation ofresources, enterprises not only reduces the operating costs and improve the quality ofthe production or service, but also the most important is to improve the corecompetitiveness of the enterprise. Expanding the scope on the market at present,outsourcing has been associated with enterprise production and operation of each link.In numerous business outsourcing activities, enterprise human resources outsourcing asemerging outsourcing activities, has been recognized by more and more enterprises,dueto its associated directly with the enterprise’s human resources.Along with our country’s reform of college entrance examination system and temployment system, the selection between enterprise and university graduates is atwo-way street. For survival and development in a competitive market environment,Enterprises must attract outstanding graduates resources; When graduates are about tostep into society, they are eager to find excellent enterprise which is beneficial to theirdevelopment. Therefore, many enterprises invest a lot of material resources, financialresources and human resources in order to absorb excellent talent college graduates ingraduated season of every year. At this point, enterprises gradually begin to get campusrecruitment outsourced to professional service providers. It is not only save the cost ofhiring and enhanced the effect of campus recruitment, but also make the enterprisemake more attention and resources on the development of the original business.Because the current campus recruitment outsourcing market is not fully mature and isrestricted by enterprise itself, the simple campus recruitment outsourcing brings theenterprise great risk.On the basis of borrowing literature at home and abroad, this study makesystemically research of campus recruitment outsourcing risks and risk preventionmechanism and measures for preventing the risks of enterprise campus recruitmentoutsourcing. Firstly, the study summarizes the domestic and foreign research results andsummaries of human resources outsourcing, including the definition, the driving forcefor human resource outsourcing, advantages and risks of literature summary, alsoincluding the recruitment outsourcing risk definition, driving force and literaturesummary. Then, this study make the basic definition of enterprise campus recruitment outsourcing, characteristics and basic overview of the general process. The study alsohas carried on the analysis to the enterprise campus recruitment outsourcing andcombining different theories, which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly, this study introduces the enterprise campus recruitment outsourcing of riskidentification and risk assessment, and makes systematical research on outsourcing riskfrom the view of the general rule of things to know about; At the same time, the studymakes empirical analysis, including investigating the current situation of the recruitmentoutsourcing to the current enterprise and carrying on the data analysis, to achieve theactual recruitment outsourcing present situation and the theory of recruitmentoutsourcing risks associated. Finally, from the campus recruitment outsourcing processof three stages: preparation stage, implementation stage and feedback phase, the studymakes research on enterprise campus recruitment outsourcing risk prevention andproposes the enterprise campus recruitment outsourcing risk prevention mechanism andspecific strategies.
