In recent years,manufacturing enterprises,in order to solve the imbalance between supply and demand of technical jobs in the labor market,began to gradually adjust their recruitment methods,in order to alleviate the problems of declining employee stability and increasing turnover rate,so as to finally achieve the goal of optimizing the recruitment structure and improving the efficiency of enterprise recruitment.Therefore,based on the above situation,it is inevitable for manufacturing enterprises to introduce recruitment and outsourcing.On the one hand,recruitment outsourcing can effectively solve the recruitment dilemma faced by manufacturing enterprises.On the other hand,it can help manufacturing enterprises save recruitment cost and improve recruitment efficiency.However,it should be noted that risks and opportunities coexist.Although recruitment and outsourcing will bring many benefits to enterprises,the consequent risks also need to be paid attention to by enterprise managers.At present,the research on risk prevention of recruitment and outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises is still insufficient in the academic circle.Therefore,the author will take this as the innovation point of this study and further analyze and discuss this issue.Firstly,the author will use the literature research method to sort out the existing theoretical research on the implementation of recruitment outsourcing by enterprises in the academic circle,so as to understand the motivation of the introduction of recruitment outsourcing by enterprises and the competitive advantage of the use of recruitment outsourcing by enterprises.Secondly,based on the survey samples of manufacturing enterprises in Dalian,relevant data of manufacturing enterprises in Dalian using the recruitment outsourcing method will be collected by issuing questionnaires,and the final survey results will be statistically analyzed to conclude the explicit risks in the use of recruitment outsourcing by manufacturing enterprises.Finally,with the interview method as the supplement,the survey results were combined with the interview results of the interviewees to find out the potential risks faced by manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of recruitment outsourcing.By sorting out the survey results,the author finds that manufacturing enterprises generally encounter four typical risks in the process of using recruitment and outsourcing: the risk of leakage of business secrets or core information of enterprises;Excessive freedom of outsourcing service provider leads to the risk of failure of recruitment outsourcing;The risk of over-reliance on outsourcing service providers due to the imperfect process specification and the risk of wrong estimation of recruitment cost due to the omission of cost estimation.Then,by analyzing the background and causes of these four types of risks and combining with relevant theoretical research,the author has obtained the corresponding prevention Suggestions,including: to set confidentiality clauses well to prevent the possible leakage of commercial secrets/core information from the source;Limit the freedom of outsourcing service providers and strengthen the monitoring of recruitment outsourcing process;Improve the recruitment outsourcing process and realize the organic combination with independent recruitment as well as pay attention to the hidden cost in the implementation of recruitment outsourcing so as to reduce the chance of cost estimation.From what has been discussed above,the author hopes to through the study of the recruitment outsourcing risks and risk prevention help manufacturing enterprises to make good use of real recruitment outsourcing means,by raising the efficiency and success of the manufacturing enterprise of hiring,contribute to manufacturing enterprises change of the role of human resource department in the company,to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.
