Research On Risk Management And Prevention Of Offshore Outsourcing Of GY Company

Offshore outsourcing,as a new development strategy and management model of enterprises,is developing rapidly.Offshore outsourcing can bring many benefits to the enterprise,but everything has two sides,offshore outsourcing bring benefits at the same time,is also facing many risk factors,if there is no comprehensive recognition or lack of effective measures of prevention and control,the outsourcing risk may lead to failure of offshore outsourcing,will bring huge losses.Therefore,to the enterprise,has the important practical significance to analysis and research the risk management and prevention of offshore outsourcing enterprises.This article takes GY company as the research object.Through case analysis,the three risk categories of GY company encountered in recent years: from the enterprise internal risk,from the Contractor's risk,from the economic environment risk,including 9 risk: risk,offshore outsourcing contractor enterprise core competitiveness judgment risk,cost risk,innovation risk,quality risk,degradation coordinate with imperfect feedback risk,risk,exchange rate risk,cultural differences between the political and economic environment risk.The proportion and causes of the above nine types of risk are evaluated and analyzed.Then,we use risk matrix to evaluate the nine risks and sort out the importance,and present the risk management situation and existing problems of GY company,and put forward corresponding countermeasures for the company's offshore outsourcing risk management and prevention.Including to enhance risk awareness,improve the ability to identify risks;increase the contractor credit investigation efforts to avoid the risk of quality control is reasonable;the cost of outsourcing,offshore outsourcing cost risk prevention;take reasonable way to guard against exchange rate risk;to strengthen the communication and coordination between the contractor and the strengthening of cross-cultural management of enterprise.This paper aims to study the risk management and prevention of GY offshore outsourcing,can provide reference for GY company and similar enterprises in China,so that Chinese enterprises can better manage and prevent offshore outsourcing risks,reduce losses,improve their competitiveness.
