In the modern society, with the high-speed development of economy, science andtechnology, the demands of the customers tends diversification and personalized, andthe features of products tends complicated, so quick response and efficient designbecome the key competitiveness. The design team came into being. It makes teamworkers cooperate each other through compositing the interaction of various elementsfrom the overall performance so as to ensure the design tasks can be completed withhigh efficiency and quality. Team workers are the key of design team. The completionwith high efficiency and quality can not be separated from the high cooperate of teamworkers. So it becomes an important problem to study the cooperate degree of designteam members. The level of workers’ cooperate degree is largely reflect the team’s workefficiency and running condition.There are many influencing factors of workers’ cooperate degree, including taskfactor, worker’s knowledge structure factor, worker’s skill levels factor, workexperiencefactor, etc. In addition to thoses objective factors mentioned above, there aresubjective factors which may be difficult to find out, including helping behavior,sportsmanship, organizational loyalty, organizational obedience, individual initiative,civic virtue and self-development. Those are the seven dimensions of OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior. That is accepted by most scholars.From the seven dimensions of OCB, we can partly evaluate the cooperatecondition of team workers. It is an important part of this article. From these sevendimensions, according to the method of the multi-target appraisal, this article set up anevaluation index system, and designed experiment to validate it. It is necessary tomeasure OCB over the course of validation. Instead of self assessment, we use thesuperior assessment and colleagues assessment. In this way, we can avoid the influenceof disigners subjective factors.
