Research On Regional Eco-tourist Utilization Empirical Evaluation

Tourist utilization is the dynamics economic region of the interactionsbetween human activity and natural interaction, and is also a way of landutilization of human-beings. With the rapid development of the touristindustry, it gives a heavy pressure on regional eco-environment, so theconflict of land utilization and protection has become increasingly prominent.In order to get rid of this ecological crisis, to coordinate the contradictionbetween people and land, we must change our minds. Under the guidance ofecological ideas，doing accurate evaluation to tourist utilization, so as toachieve the sustainable utilization of land resource.Land evaluation is one of the main contents of land scientific research,the key is evaluation and the core is the land quality, including land suitabilityutilization evaluation, potential evaluation, and benefits evaluation, and so on.A scientific evaluation of regional land resource utilization is able to grasp thesituation of land resources and sustainable development from a quantitativeperspective, to provide the scientific basis for land management.On the basis of summarizing the results of previous research, the paper,bases mainly on land utilization evaluation theories, selects tourist utilizationas evaluate objects, from the perspective of ecological ideas and protections,and takes Zixi County tourist utilization evaluation in Fuzhou City, Jiangxiprovince as an example to do an empirical study. The paper contains sixchapters, as follows:Chapter one, introductory part, focuses on the research of the background,significance, contents, technical route and related theories. Chapter two, mainly from the ecological perspective to summarize thestudies relating to land utilization and evaluation at home and abroad, focuseson tourist evaluation theories, principles, processes, and methods (qualitativeand quantitative), purpose, meaning and related application researches.Chapter three, analyze the abstract and the land utilization situation ofZixi County briefly, mainly analyze the situation of development andutilization of tourist land.Chapter four, mainly from three main perspectives to evaluate touristutilization of Zixi County in Jiangxi province. Firstly, evaluate the sensitivityof its eco-tourist utilization, the result shows that it overall belongs to the lowand medium sensitive areas, it has a good eco-resource base; secondly,evaluate the development of its tourist utilization, the result shows that thefive-large-area tourist utilization have a middle development and utilizationlevel, and make appropriate policies to improve its development andutilization level. Finally, evaluate its tourist sustainable development capacity,the result shows that it is in a middle level, but it has a great potential.Chapter five, through comprehensive analysis, explore the model ofeffective utilization of Zixi County, and provide theoretical support toestablish eco-county for Zixi County.Chapter six，conclusions and discussions. Summarize the full paper andanalyze the short comings and innovations of the paper and proposing thefurther assumption.
