The concern on trust issue stems from the crisis of confidence in today’s society,and thetrust within the organization has been academic research hotspot, previous studies have shownthat trust is an important variable in the organization, it can affect the results of the organizationabout the various variables, but the study on how to build the organization’s internal mechanismof trust within the organization in order to improve trust is not so many. In this paper, on thebasis of the social capital theory, psychological contract theory, hierarchy of needs theory, theauthor analyses the path of building trust mechanism in private enterprises.In addition to the Conclusion and Appendix,this paper is divided into five parts:(1)Introduction: The main research background, significance, literature review and researchmethods;(2) organizational trust and its theoretical basis: This chapter discusses the trustconnotation and generation mechanism, the theoretical basis of organizational trust;(3) privateenterprises trust relationship and its analysis: This chapter first defines the concept of privateenterprise, and by the results of the field survey data for statistical analysis to explore therelationship of trust and the status quo of private enterprises;(4) trust mechanism of privateenterprises analysis: This chapter mainly through correlation and regression analysis for eachvariable to explore the mechanism of action of trust within the organization, including thecharacteristics of personal trust is the trust of their colleagues, managers trust mechanism,organizational trust each dimension of the relationship between research and management themediating effect of trust;(5) discussion: this chapter the conclusions of this study weresystematically organized, there are still issues were discussed, last-oriented innovation ofresearch and shortcomings, pointed out about private enterprise within the organization buildtrust mechanism possible future research directions.The basic conclusion of this paper:(1) Staff perceived to be trusted trust characteristicsdivided into four dimensions (honesty, motivation, ability and achievements) is basicallyreasonable;(2) The staff perception colleague is honesty, motivation, ability and results werepositively correlated with the trust of their colleagues, and significantly affect the employees inthe organization of the trust of colleagues. Colleagues honest impact on the trust of theircolleagues, followed by colleagues outcomes, colleague capacity colleagues and motivationwas less affected. Employees perceived honesty, motivation, ability and results were positivelycorrelated with the managers trust managers, and significant impact on the trust of theemployees in the organization managers. Managers achievements of managers trust bigger,followed by honest managers and administrators the ability to manage least influence on theirmotivation;(3) Trust of their colleagues and managers trust positively related to affect managers trust and the trust of their colleagues. The manager trust is positively correlated withthe organization as a whole and manager trust will affect the overall trust of the organization.Trust of their colleagues is positively correlated with the organization as a whole trust and thetrust of their colleagues will affect the overall trust of the organization. Manager trust play amediating role in the process of trust of their colleagues on the trust of the whole organization.
