Agricultural Industrialization: The Analysis Of Organization Mode And Cooperation Mechanism

This paper first describes the general theory of agricultural industrialization, clearing the basic implication of the agricultural industrialization, the basic characteristic ; Secondly, analyzing the conditions of Lu'an agricultural industrialization; Focusing on organization mode and cooperation mechanism of agricultural industrialization.The conclusion of this paper is that the process of agricultural industrialization is the evolution and the innovation process of economy organization, the worth of innovation is the introduction of a certain amount of carriers (leading enterprises, farmers specialized cooperatives, etc.), to eliminate the contradiction between small-scale farmers and the large market , helping individual farmers against the uncertainty risk of the agricultural product market, under the stability of the household contract responsibility system, realizing the modern transformation of the small-peasant economy. Agricultural industrialization is the system innovation under the socialist market economy, which is of great significance for agricultural development in backward areas. In general, it should be a reasonable choice of the organization model to adapt to the development stage of the agricultural industrialization. Non-equilibrium nature of the regional economy, as well as differences between industries, which determine that China's model of agricultural industrialization can not be "across the board". Should respect the creativity of farmers, going on full research and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various models of agricultural industrialization, promptly identifying trends of changes of organization mode, choosing reasonable path to guide its evolution, promoting a more mature organization model of agricultural industrialization correctly. About the organization model selection of Lu'an agricultural industrialization , we should promote " leading enterprise + cooperative + peasant household" model to ensure that raw materials supply of enterprises and farm income, establishing the profit mechanism of voluntary equality, benefit-sharing, risk sharing, to reduce market risk and achieve win-win situation.The cooperation mechanism of agricultural industrialization needs governments, carriers, farmers to cooperate each other and needs them to play their roles correctly, so as to achieve win-win situation. Government is the macro-controller and public servicer of agricultural industrialization. The carrier of agricultural industrialization is all kinds of economic organizations, including enterprises, cooperatives, local industry and technical associations, etc. which are the relying of agricultural industrialization. Farmers are the main role of agricultural industrialization, only the active participation of farmers, agricultural industrialization can obtain a lasting momentum.Agricultural industrialization is an effective way to achieve agricultural modernization, needing the participate of government, carrier, farmer, not only following the general rules, but also selecting the appropriate organization model according to local conditions, to achieve win-win cooperation, truly realizing the unity of universality and particularity, commonality and individuality.
