The State Intellectual Property Office is also actively promoting the pilot of intellectual property investment and financing around several cities. At this time, Intellectual Venture came to China with the Invention Development Fund, bringing a wave of studying on intellectual property rights investment and financing. I want to analysis the business mode of the Intellectual Venture and share my ideas with all of you. I wish what I’m writing can do a little bit to the practical activities of intellectual property financial and investment.The paper can be divided into three parts which are the introduction, main body and the conclusion.The introduction is a brief description of the purpose of this paper, research status and significance.The main body is comprised of the analysis of the Intellectual Venture mode and our traditional mode of Intellectual Property investment and financing. This part consists of three parts.The first part introduces the basic information of the Intellectual Venture, such as its origin, its basic mode, the effect of the implementation as well as the latest trend in China.The second part is about the analysis of the Invention Development Fund of Intellectual Venture, from the perspective of legal relations and legal risks. This part is started from the regulations and policies about the intellectual property investment and financing. The next step is to analysis the social value of the Intellectual Ventures Mode, as well as the potential risks of the Intellectual Ventures Mode. This part also summarizes the current status of the intellectual property investment and financing, and the relative difficulties. And then the writer compares the similarities and differences between the mode of Intellectual Ventures and the traditional mode on intellectual property rights.The last part is built at the base of the third part and the second part, with the theory and analysis of the second part, to obtain the enlightenment. In the last part, the paper promotes the feasible selections on the financing and investment mode from the Intellectual Ventures.
