Downward pressure in the world economy, market demand is weak today, national interests differentiation significantly, in terms of export, scientific and technological innovation will be more competitive. Countries around the world scramble to publish relevant policy to protect the vital interests of the domestic enterprises, especially in Europe and the United States and other developed countries of all sorts of trade barriers emerge in endlessly. Chinese products export is facing huge pressure to the international environment, especially the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country it is difficult to timely grasp of foreign market changes, its export industries is being the baptism of management policy, the export strategy. How to according to the characteristics of the enterprise itself, to take right marketing strategies according to different target market, is the key of enterprise survival and development.In this paper, the author has worked for H company as the breakthrough point, in the face of the current international market environment of H company’s first external macro environment PEST analysis; Then using the potter five analysis model of H company products industry market environment analysis; Given the many years of work experience in H company, of H company’s product sales strategy in the product, price, channel, sales promotion and promotion platform implementation and the specific implementation of research and analysis.Finally the implementation process of H enterprises in the export strategy of difficulties and problems encountered gives systematic analysis research, for the enterprise future export strategy proposed the constructive opinion to some extent, outlook H company marketing strategy to achieve three stage products, services, and the heart of the second stage service marketing strategy.
