Financial Support Guizhou Coal Industry Consolidation And Technological Upgrading

As one of the most important industries in the "12th Five-Year" period for Guizhou Province, the integration and technology upgrade in coal industry is especially important for the target to be industrial province. Finance as the core of modern economy can built a bridge between capital requirements and supplier to send the funds from the surplus sector to the shortage departments. Also the government can achieve the desired results by the use of a variety of financial instruments in industrial and economy. In general, the bank-based financing and capital markets led two occupy a major position in our current financial support mode. They both have strength and weakness and essential for the development.The article is based on these two models and empirical analysis on Financial Support in Guizhou Province to get some completions as follows:now the coal industry consolidation and technology upgrade process in Guizhou Province is mainly dependent on the mold of bank-based financing,although the capital market-based financial support mode has great impact on the coal enterprises, but as the reason that the higher listing requirements of coal enterprises, now Guizhou Province has only one listed companies named Panjiang shares,so the capital market-oriented direct financing model has some limitations. Finally, on the basis of theory with practice, I give some suggestions to improve the development of coal industry by Strengthening the services of financial institutions.
