Thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economic take-off, the hotel industry such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain as development. The current hotel encountered to the development bottleneck, human resource is one of the important factors. Development of the hotel to the long-term stability, it must have been qualified, qualified and professional team.
