Thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s economic take-off, the hotel industry such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain as development. The current hotel encountered to the development bottleneck, human resource is one of the important factors. Development of the hotel to the long-term stability, it must have been qualified, qualified and professional team. How to develop the team, concerned about the fate of the hotel, which requires the hotel on the continuous investment, and the "investment" is what we often say that the cost of human resources. The cost of human resources is an important part of the total cost of hotel management, management of place may affect the profits of the whole work enthusiasm, hotel staff, and even affect the success or failure of the development of the hotel. Therefore, this paper will cost theory into the hotel human resources management, in the full understanding of the status quo of China’s human resources cost, analysis of the existing human resource cost management problems in our country, put forward to strengthen the human resource cost management proposals, hoping to play a valuable role.The main contents of this paper:analysis of the hotel human resources cost in detail, make the theory more substantial; this paper launches the analysis from the hotel human resources cost management status and problems, summed up a set of strengthening the human resource cost management method, make the hotel human resources cost management more systematic, more rational.
