Research On Influencing Factors Of Human Resource Management Cost In Construction Enterprises

Now the development of the construction market has become more and more intense,and the competition among the enterprises is also increasing.This is the main reason for companies to start putting the focus of their work on the control of human resources.In any enterprise,the most core of the resources is the question of personnel.In any enterprise,the core resource is human resources.Therefore,how to reasonably control the allocation of human resources management cost of the whole enterprise has become the focus of enterprise development at this stage.This requires starting from the management,so that everyone can achieve maximum capacity,so that the cost of each input can be maximized output,which is the key link in all enterprise management cost reduction and efficiency.In this paper,the study on the influencing factors of human resource management cost in construction enterprises,the determination of more optimized methods to control human resource management cost,and the improvement of the efficiency of human resource cost use,can provide a good practical reference for construction enterprises in practice.Firstly,with the help of the analysis and research of the relevant knowledge of human resource management,this paper starts from four aspects: acquisition cost,development cost,use cost and turnover cost,deeply analyses the current situation of human resource management cost control in construction enterprises,discusses its influencing factors,and establishes the evaluation index system of human resource management cost in construction enterprises.Among them,there are 5 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators,which constitute the index system.Secondly,the evaluation model of influencing factors of human resource management cost is constructed by combining the entropy method and the method of matter-element analysis and evaluation.The influencing factors of human resource management cost of construction enterprises are analyzed effectively.The weight of influencing factors of human resource management cost of construction enterprises is determined by the method of entropy,and the human resource management of construction enterprises is further evaluated by the method of matter-element analysis and evaluation.In order to effectively control the human resource management cost of enterprises in the construction industry,the influencing factors of management cost are selected and sorted.Finally,K company is selected for empirical case analysis,and the evaluation model is used to evaluate the influencing factors of human resource management cost.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that K company should start from its own reality,analyze the influencing factors of human resources management cost,make use of advanced science and technology in human resources management,improve management methods and modes,and choose more optimized and more realistic methods,in order to truly and fundamentally realize the control of the influencing factors of human resources management cost,and grasp the reasonableness.On the above level,we should effectively improve the utilization rate of capital,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the strength of enterprises.
