Cotton is our country and even the whole world importance of strategic economic crop, occupy the important position in the national economy. There are many restricting factors in the steady development of cotton production, especially farmers face a variety of natural disasters, disease, market volatility, technology risk. It affects the steady development of cotton production of many factors, especially the cotton diseases and insect pests, farmers are facing natural disasters, technology import of cotton production and the cotton market price fluctuations, which is a potential risk in the process of cotton production.This paper document analysis, combined with questionnaires, empirical and normative analysis methods, the first of China and Hubei Province, cotton production profile, and then in Huanggang cotton production study focused on the status quo of Huanggang cotton production, cotton production in theand the reasons for in-depth analysis.
