This paper uses survey data, Jiang Su rural statistical yearbook data, using Probit model analysis the influence factors of farmers buy home appliance, and the price or income change on different home appliance consumer buying influence degree are analyzed, thus draw the following conclusion:First, different home appliance purchase decision occurs, the price of the different force. In this paper, we get the conclusion, color TV sets, washing machines, such as home appliances to the countryside of elastic small, namely with macro and micro environment changes, these home appliance has become the necessaries of life, in the purchase decisions, prices have not major decision factors, But other such as air conditioners, refrigerators home appliance such as buying decisions still under the influence of price larger. Can see that financial direct subsidy policy effect on different for home appliance is different.Second, the income is still influence all kinds of home appliance purchase demand is one of the significant factors, but the change of different income to buy home appliances to the countryside the influence of demand has also had the difference, In the study we find that, washing machine, microwave oven on the income change purchase demand change is not big, but the home appliance such as income to the refrigerator of buying demand influence is still very significant. To buy a home appliance of farmer families, fiscal subsidy is no doubt increased income, but with so the effect is not the same.In addition, household characteristics, including age, gender, the family scale, the education degree on home appliance purchase decision influence is different also, so we in the fiscal subsidy policy application to make corresponding advice change should be considered comprehensively.Finally, based on the above analysis conclusion, and gives the corresponding policy Suggestions.
