The Empirical Study Of Domestic Home Appliances Going To The Countryside's Effect

The background of our country's home appliance going to the countryside is the global financial crisis and our domestic home appliance enterprises'oversea market'recession. In view of the special background of the policy, whether the policy is a expediency or a long term implemented measure. This paper use empirical analysis to determine the variables that affect the policy's economic utility, and assert how the variables affect the policy's economic utility, then propose some appropriate suggestion.Firstly , this paper selects and compares the 31 provinces'sales of this policies'merchandises, we get that this policy's economic effect is different in area which has different economic developing level, and the policy's economic effect is outstanding in less developed area the middle area of China ,then is the developed area the east area of China ,the last is the undeveloped area the west area of China .From the analysis of the data we get that the span between the middle and the east area of China is not very much ,but the span between the east and west area of China is great. Based on the analysis above the paper selects four variables (rural per capita net income, merchandise distribution channel number, sequence of the policy ,duration of the policy ) to quantitative analysis how the different factor affect the policy's economic utility, at last we get that the policy's economic utility is different in different economic developing level area.Then this paper selects Chinese east ,middle and west area respectively from three viewpoints to test the model estimate result , we get a conclusion that in the east area the policy's economic utility and the area's rural per capita net income isn't direct ratio which is different to the testing result from the middle and west area of China , and the policy's economic utility in the nationwide shows a direct relationship with the merchandise distribution channel number, so is the duration of the policy.Finally, this paper summarized the analysis of the policy above and gives different political suggestion to different economic developing level area.
