In the field of organization and management research,leadership style has been a hotspot of scholars.From the transformational leadership to the real leadership,to ethical leadership,scholars have been trying to find a way to lead to the employee's behavior and attitude are more profound impact,so that employees will shift the recognition and trust of leadership in the organization,make more organizational citizenship behavior.The employee is how to convert for leadership to organization's trust and support of its? This paper argues that perceived organizational support has played a key role in this process.Is the feeling of organizational support staff to think about the interests of the organization for their contribution and degree of care,it comes from the employees think an intuition,and to the organization,its core is in their organization,on the basis of respect and care,and ethical leadership just can meet the needs of employees.Based on this,this article through to the literature,from the perspective of social exchange,build ethical leadership,perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior relationship model.Then uses the empirical tests of perceived organizational support on moral leadership and intermediary role between organizational citizenship behavior.Hierarchical regression results show that the ethical leadership on employees' organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive role,at the same time,perceived organizational support plays a role of complete mediation between ethical leadership and employees' organizational citizenship.This conclusion proved the rationality of the theoretical model,this paper also suggests that managers can through ethical leadership improve employees' perceived organizational support,then affect they to make more organizational citizenship behavior.According to those conclusions,this paper argues that there are two ways to make more organizational citizenship behavior in the human resource management practice.(1)Improve the level of ethical leadership;(2)Improve the employees' perceived organizational support;(3)Pay attention to the spiritual needs of employees.
