During the information reformation, telecom operators are not only the provider of internet service, but the leader of intelligent approaches and provider of comprehensive platform, which could realize the expanding of customer market and digging of customer value in the era of mobile internet. How could telecom operators learn about the change of customers’demands and guided by customers feeling, through the experience sales of intelligent terminal and data business, create a mainstream customer market which is characterized by new technology and application of mobile internet. It could be a new subject which provides a valuable preference for study of customers and design of marketing strategy in early mobile internet market.Business hall is one of the most important channels to develop Xinjiang telecom business and a familiar customer service window to telecom customers. With the development of mobile business and fast expanding of3G market, the traditional selling service mode which focused on fixed network couldn’t meet the demands of3G subscribers to selling service of business hall anymore.It has been a focus of study of transformation of business hall marketing service mode that how to guide mobile subscribers move into the era of mobile internet speedily and help subscribers to "can, dare and love to use"3G terminals. As the prime operating service provider of3G business in Xinjiang region, Xinjiang Telecom has to make full use of terminals in era of mobile internet and new theory and technology of experiential marketing of data business, through the analyses and study to the "environment, procedure, staff and mechanism" of the business hall, to establish a new mode and new method to adapt developing3G subscribers, and provide a selling area of electronic products with various terminals, convenient process, and best assistant service to customers which could realize the fast improvement of3G subscribers scale and flow values of business hall.
