As the dual factors of aged tendency of population and the development of economic, China’s pharmaceutical market expands at a high speed. In the next20years, China will grow up to be the world’s first big pharmaceutical market. The pharmaceutical plays an important role in the national economy, people’s livelihood, social stability. At present, most of logistics in the medicine circulation enterprises is done by themselves, pharmaceutical logistics has not mature yet and it is still in its infancy. Most of pharmaceutical commercial enterprises, as the operating costs continue to rise and the bidding price of declining, are suffered from small profits and even losses. Part of the stronger pharmaceutical commercial enterprises choose logistics as the core function, and they tend to transform to a third party.In this article, by applying Supply chain logistics management and other related theory and adopting the combination of literature research and case study research method, discusses the feasibility that traditional medicine commercial enterprise transform to third-party medical logistics, and the selection of strategies.
