Research On Factors Influencing Distribution Uncertainty In Chain Enterprises Based On Supply Chain Management

Against the background of global supply chain, the supply chain management which based on increasing the efficiencies and reducing the costs has been widely used in many fields and paid more attention. As the supply chain management gradually permeated many aspects of competition, the quantity of literatures focusing on supply chain uncertainty and the risk of supply chain is multitudinous in recent years. The supply chain uncertainty has become the key point in supply chain management. Distribution plays an important role in supply chain management, and the administration of distribution is the key to decline the cost of time in the supply chain. The study on factors influencing distribution uncertainty is an important part of the research on supply chain uncertainty and the promotion of the research of supply chain management.With the growing popularity of chain-like management pattern in business, the chain enterprise has its unique scale advantages in procurement and operation for its regional distribution and unified management. A chain enterprise can't be successful without the successful distribution. On condition of the limited inventory space, the multiple types of goods, and the highly requirement of velocity of goods circulation, a chain enterprise having several stores with different customer groups operated in an area improves its requirement in flexible distribution. What's more, as the chain store directly contacts with customers, it has an important impact on the satisfaction of customers and directly affect the sales whether the goods is shelved and updated in time to meet the customers'demand.Combined with the interview of managers in the chain enterprises, this dissertation does a pilot study to build up the framework of factors influencing distribution uncertainty in chain enterprises, sorting out and summing up the previous documents. As well as combined with questionnaires and the Main Component Analytical Method as an methodology, it screens and reconstructs the influences system through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to explore the weight of various factors, and giving some advices on chain enterprise distribution.
