An Analysis Report And Suggestion On The Economic Development Zone Of Chong Yang County

With the gradual extension of the international division of labor and international trade, globalization has become an inevitable trend of the future economic development, Economic Development Zone, it transfers from the Western developed countries to the developing countries in this context of times, it becomes an important carrier of the country’s economic development. Since1984Deng Xiaoping proposed to set up special economic development zones, various economic development zones have made great progress, and make a great contribution to the sustainable national economic growth, especially in the beginning of reform and development, the Economic Development Zone played an important role in the promotion of economic growth. It highly inspired the non-developing area or under construction Development Zone. In2003, in the land of less than one ten thousandth of an area of9.6million square kilometers, China’s54state-level economic and technological development zones created accounted for8.1%of the country’s industrial added value and5.21%of GDP (GDP). Practice has proved that the Economic Development Zone has become an important engine to promote sustained, steady and rapid development. Chongyang Economic Development Zone is integrated and founded by the original Qingshan Industrial Park and City Industrial Park. After several years of development, Chongyang County Economic Development Zone has got some achievements, but there are some problems, such as less investment, simple infrastructure construction projects, slow process of project construction and many other problems. So the situation of development cannot meet expectations. Therefore, this article first list the problems of Chongyang County Economic Development Zone in the development process, followed by a detailed analysis of the reason for the existence of the problem, and finally put forward the development of countermeasures and safeguards. This study has a guiding role for government sector decision-making in the development. It has a certain reference value for further improved the Chongyang County Economic Development Zone.
