Study On The Relationship Between Modern Service Industry And Rural Urbanization

The development of human’s economic evolution shows that, it’s an objective law that the maximum ratio of gross value of production transforms from primary industry into secondary industry and further to tertiary industry. In order to conscientiously carry out scientific view of development, learn international development experiences, overview domestic state of development and base on regional realities, accelerate the development of modern service industry, as well as further promote the rural urbanization process is the strategic choice which we must stick to. This paper takes Ouhai District, Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province as example, conduct in-depth study the relationship between Ouhai modern service industry and rural urbanization, which will help to recognize the significance of development, definite the direction of evolution, and strengthen developmental measures and make Ouhai’s development goes on to the authentic scientific track. Since the beginning of the reform and opening, Ouhai, a rural village of the south of the Changjiang River has been forging ahead toward three biggest main area of Wenzhou city step by step, this need not only the increase of the gross value of production, the change of spatial arrangement layout and higher income, but also make a good issue on readjusting industrial structure. The paper makes an emphasis on developing modern service industry, in which way to promote Ouhai’s rural urbanization in return this will help modern service industry, as viewed from that expands the relation between modern service industry and rural urbanization. First, the paper brings up some concepts about modern service industry and rural urbanization and the interrelated theoretical basis. Second, takes the measures of research in documentation, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and system analysis, along with the development and the state of Ouhai modern service industry and rural urbanization, to clarify the largest bottleneck of Ouhai’s urbanization and main restricting factors of industrial development, and also provides scientific references for the coordinated development of Ouhai’s urbanization and modern service industry in the future. Last, combine specific processes of Ouhai’s modern service industry with rural urbanization, the paper dissertates on the ideas and countermeasures of developing modern service industry and promoting Ouhai’s urbanization, regarding from overall objectives, space layout, strategic emphasis and safeguard measures in four aspects respectively.
