Mechanism Of People's Bank Of China Branch Of The Ordos City Center Employee Motivation

Finance is the center of the economy; the People’s Bank of China is our country’s central bank, which plays an important role to maintain China’s financial system stability and support economic development. Ordos Central Sub-branch of the People’s Bank of China is located at Ordos city which belongs to the resource-based city, and it becomes an important task for Ordos Central Sub-branch how to manage various commercial bank effective operation to provide strong support for the city’s economic development. Now that all the effective business operation depend on each staff to perform, so it becomes an important subject to be solved urgently to set up an effective incentive mechanism to stimulate each staffs initiative for Ordos Central Sub-branch.By using Human Capital Management Theory and Organization Incentive Theory, this paper analyzes human resources and incentive mechanism system of Ordos Central Sub-branch, the People’s Bank of China and puts forward specific measures to remodeling incentive mechanism system, including design principle of incentive mechanism, constructing a scientific system of incentive mechanism to form multi-level incentive measures.
