In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,a lot of new technologies and its application scenarios have been constantly enriched.However,due to many problems in the introduction,training and incentive of talents,the degree of informatization and progress within the bank have been hindered.Especially in the macro environment of accurately positioning “Fin-tech Banks”,this deficiency is extremely prominent.In order to enhance the competitiveness of China merchants bank in the Internet era and deepen the internal information technology,it is an urgent task to build a team of scientific and technological talents with high comprehensive quality and strong technical ability,which needs sound cultivation and incentive mechanism about scientific and technological talents as the foundation and support.As of December 2017,the total number of scientific and technological talents of China Merchants Bank has reached 1698.However,the ratio of scientific and technological talents to the number of employees(including dispatchers)in past years is not more than 3%.The total number of scientific and technological talents can not meet the needs of China Merchants Bank in locating financial and technological banks.Imperfect and imperfect training and incentive mechanism of scientific and technological talents cause problems of small volume of scientific and technological talents and high mobility of talents.This has not only seriously affected the development of enterprises and scientific and technological talents themselves,but also had a profound negative impact on the future business development strategy of China Merchants Bank.To this end,this paper takes the scientific and technological talents of China merchants bank as the specific research object,through theoretical elaboration and analysis,and by means of interviews,questionnaires and other methods to carry out an empirical study.Specifically,through investigation,interview and other practical activities,a total of 216 questionnaires were collected and interviewed with 31 relevant personnel.Finally,this paper found that China merchants bank science and technology talent cultivation and incentive mechanism has the following shortcomings: In terms of the cultivation mechanism for scientific and technological talents,the whole system pays little attention to scientific and technological talents,implements "dual management",pays little attention to the integration of business and technology in training,and relies excessively on outsourcing service companies.In terms of the incentive mechanism for scientific and technological talents,the salary incentive mechanism for scientific and technological talents is insufficient and inconsistent.the promotion channels are not smooth and blocked,the incentive system for innovation is lacking,and the training is a mere formality.In view of these existing problems,this paper proposes the following optimization solutions: In terms of the optimization of the cultivation mechanism for scientific and technological talents,it is necessary to accurately locate the value of scientific and technological talents,increase and make up for the number of high-tech talents,rely on internal personnel for project development,strengthen internal training while maintaining advancing with the times,and abolish the “dual management” of scientific and technological talents.In terms of the incentive mechanism for scientific and technological talents,it is necessary to establish a fair and reasonable salary distribution system,improve the performance appraisal system,enhance the promotion space for scientific and technological personnel,and create a good incentive environment.In order to ensure the implementation and implementation of the optimized solution,this paper also gives the corresponding guarantee mechanism:improve the management mode of scientific and technological talents,strengthen the importance of leaders,and enhance the main responsibility of relevant departments.On the whole,these optimization are conducive to the construction of the scientific and technological talents of China Merchants Bank,thereby expanding the talents and cultivating the scientific and technological talents needed to adapt to the development of the enterprise.
