Since entering the21st century, Peace and development have become the mainstream of the world. With the continuous improvement of productivity in China,Not only the physical has been improved,At the same time,the peopie have pay more attention to mental enjoyment and pursuit.With the advent of global tourism’s times, Tourism is increasingly becoming important consumpted patterns and lifestyles in modern society,in modern world, The tourism industry has become one of growest as emerging industry and sunrise industry.Inner Mongolia autonomous region is located in the northern frontier, Which has Vast territory and which is the third largest province of China. Unique grassland and rugged folk customs in Inner Mongolia formed obvious advantage of competition. At the beginning of2013,Party committee and government in Inner Mongolia autonomous region issure the "8337" development ideas, Its purpose is regarded the development of tourism industry in Inner Mongolia as an important content,Which aimed at building the grassland of Inner Mongolia as modern grassland、 unique characteristics with the feature of northern sightseeing and the base of leisure vacation. These internal and external advantage provides a good opportunity for the development of tourism in Inner Mongolia. However,from the currentedhe fiscal policy in Inner Mongolia,Fiscal policy has not been formed systematized and institutionalized contact with tourism development for a long time.Fiscal policy has not been formed and tourism development of for a long time. Tourism infrastructure in Inner Mongolia is imperfect, Marketing method of tourism products is lack of innovation, Management system of tourism industry in Inner Mongolia lags behind,The professional talent in tourism is shortage,Which lead to the lack of tourism competitiveness.In Inner Mongolia.Therefore,How to build the unique concept of tourism brand in Inner Mongolia through innovation of marketing, How to use fiscal policy as the method of economic adjustment.to promote the tourism development in Inner Mongolia,So as to promote the competitiveness of the region of Inner Mongolia tourism which is the important subject in front of the relevant departments of government.This thesis is divided into six parts:In the first introduction, presents the research background and significance and research ideas and research methods; In the second introduction, from the perspectives that fiscal policy promote the development of tourism, discusses the theory that fiscal policy support tourism industry; In the third article,Analyzing the present situation which financial support for the development of tourism industry in Inner Mongolia and finding out the main problems in financial supporting tourism industry existing in the tourism development process;In the fourth article,Analyzing the development of tourism industry in Inner Mongolia through using the method of SWOT analysis,making us have a more objective understanding about opportunities and threats to the development of tourism;In the fifth article,putting forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of tourism in Inner Mongolia and the related countermeasures and Suggestions that fiscal policy support the development of tourism;In the sixth parts,providing the conclusions, Hoping that the study of this paper can play a positive role to tourism development of Inner Mongolia,At the same time, providing theoretical guidance for making the fiscal policy of tourism industry in the future.
