With the adjustment of agricultural structure in southern Xinjiang region, the income level of thefarmers of the southern border around the state has been significantly improved. Farmers in southernXinjiang’s income come mainly from the family of operating income, accounted for over78%of thefamily-run income share of the total income of farmers. In order to examine the impact of the adjustment ofagricultural structure, the growth of farmers ’income, the study analyzed the southern border around thestate agricultural structure, planting structure adjustment and changes in trends over the years, the analysisof the composition and changes in farmers’ income in the same period in the southern border around thestate, and the gray relational.The analysis estimates the relationship between the adjustment of agriculturalstructure and rural per capita net income reached the following conclusions:1.With the adjustment ofagricultural structure, the proportion of the output value of farming is declining significantly increased theproportion of forestry output value, the output value of animal husbandry, fishery specific gravity isrelatively stable.2. Status of the structure of agriculture in southern Xinjiang is a dominant farming,farming output value accounted for the proportion of the total agricultural output is still as high as75.76%,while the same period in Xinjiang farming output value accounted for62.10%of the total agriculturaloutput, the country was53.29%.3. Southern border states around the per capita net income of farmers havemaintained a high growth rate, while Kashi, Hetian rural per capita net income growth rate is slightlyhigher than in Bazhou, Aksu, Kezhou farmers per capita net income growth rate minimum.4.SouthernXinjiang’s Aksu, Kashi, Hetian three regions forestry output value changes in proportion, and rural percapita net income of associated degrees maximum, rather the Bazhou Kezhou both changes in theproportion of the output value of farming and rural per capita net income of associated maximum.5. Somesuggestions on the basis of these conclusions.
