Study On The Contribution Of The Change Of Planting Structure To Planting Output Value In Henan Province Agricultural

Since the beginning of the 13th five-year plan,agricultural structure has been faced with significant adjustment.This is another round of agricultural structure adjustment plan after 1998.As the most basic and core farming industry in agriculture,it is undergoing a transformation from the pursuit of crop yield to quality and economic benefits.The adjustment of planting industry structure needs to adapt to the new normal of economic development,which is of great significance for promoting rural economic development and revitalizing rural areas.In this paper,through mathematical analysis combined with empirical model method dealing with Henan planting in 1996-2017 statistical data,to the five-year plan to divide into five research phase,research in wheat,corn,rice,soybean,peanut,rapeseed,represented by the cotton planting industry structure changes,measure planting structure's contribution to the output,and the influencing factors of planting industry structure changes,try to achieve the following three purposes:(1)found that the general rule of Henan planting industry structure change;(2)to study the contribution of planting industry structure to the growth of total output value of planting industry;(3)to explore the factors affecting the change of planting industry structure.Through data analysis,it is found that the proportion of planting area of food crops decreases slightly at first and then rises slowly.The proportion of cash crops increases slightly at first and then decreases year by year.The proportion of vegetable and fruit acreage has been rising steadily.Factor decomposition model was used to calculate the contribution rate of planting industry structure to the total output value growth of planting industry.Price contribution is good and bad,fluctuate greatly,affect the change of output value growth seriously.The contribution of total planting area is always positive,and it should make its due contribution to the output value of planting industry within the limited land resources.The contribution of structure restricts the growth of crop production value to varying degrees,but the degree of restriction is decreasing,indicating that crop production structure is constantly optimized and adjusted.In the whole research stage,from the perspective of the internal classification of planting industry,the price contribution of food crops and cash crops moves in the opposite direction,the price contribution of food crops changes from negative to positive,and the price contribution of cash crops changes from positive to negative.Structural contribution in grain crops has changed from negative to positive,and in cash crops it has always made a negative contribution to the growth of output value.According to the analysis of the reasons affecting the change of planting structure,under the influence of political factors,Henan planting industry tends to produce crops with high yield per unit area,high yield per unit area,and large planting share;otherwise,the planting share will shrink.The influence of unit area cost on planting structure is weak than that of unit area income.First of all,farmers tend to plant crops with high net profit.At the same income level,they tend to plant crops with low cost,in terms of cost structure,the proportion of material and service expenses is high,the proportion of labor expenses is low,and the proportion of machinery expenses is high.In the three working processes of machine tillage,machine seeding and machine harvesting,the higher the comprehensive mechanization degree is,the larger the crop planting area is,the lower the mechanization degree is,and the smaller the crop planting area is.The crops supported by agricultural policies in different periods were different,and the acreage of crops with high policy preference developed rapidly.On the basis of the research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for the adjustment of Henan planting industry structure,hoping to promote the development of Henan planting industry structure towards the direction of increasing farmers' income and to the direction conducive to the sustainable development of Henan planting industry.
