Business leaders play crucial role in running company, The Survival and development of enterprise more and more depend on high-quality management, and leader style have great influence on the effective operation of company. Based on the perspective of management, this paper study the relationship among transformational leadership, psychological empowerment and organization commitment form Organizational and individual levels.TLQ (Xing Ping Li,2006),PEQ(Spirizer,1995),OCQ (Meyer&Allenl997) were adopted.428frontline employees form different areas and industries were measured. The main conclusion as below:1.There are positive corrections among TL with four dimensions, PE with four dimensions, OC with three dimensions and demographic variables (address, occupation groups, occupation position, the nature of company, marital status).2.There are significant demographic variables differences demonstrated on TL, PE and OC.3.TL and PE have positive prediction on OC.4.PE is full mediation variable between TL and PE.5.Individual care affects OC through meaningful work, Humanistic care affects OC through working effect, Humanistic care affects affective commitment through autonomy, leader charming affects employee’ self-efficacy.Based on the above conclusion, aim at management practice, company should improve TL and simultaneous perception of PE to promote employees’PE; create empowerment atmosphere, build perfect payment system, pay more attention to cultivate employee’s efficacy totrengthen the affectionate bond between employee and company, herein by lifting employees’ PE to enhance OC.
