Organizational trust reflects to what extend employees trust the enterprise, leader and colleagues. It influences employees' working attitude and organizational behaviors. Psychological empowerment is employees' subjective perception of authorization. It can reflect employees' intrinsic motivation and predict their performance in work.The research tested a sample of 345 employees with organizational trust scale, psychological empowerment scale and organizational commitment scale, with the aim to explore relationship of organizational trust, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment. Main conclusions were as followed:(1) On the whole, employees had relatively high level of organizational trust and psychological empowerment. In all dimensions of organizational trust, colleague trust was highest, while competence scored the highest in psychological empowerment. Employees'organizational commitment remained in an average level.(2) Organizational trust, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment had significant difference in demographic variables. Organizational trust differed in enterprise property and enterprise scale. Psychological empowerment differed in age, marital status, degree of education, working years, rank, monthly income, enterprise property and enterprise scale. Organizational commitment differed in age, gender, marital status, rank, monthly income, enterprise property and enterprise scale.(3) Organizational trust, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment were positively correlated with each other.(4) Organizational trust predicted psychological empowerment. Enterprise trust, leader trust and colleague trust positively predicted meaning. Leader trust and colleague trust positively predicted self-determination. Colleague trust positively predicted competence. Enterprise trust positively predicted impact.(5) Organizational trust predicted organizational commitment. Enterprise trust and leader trust positively predicted affective commitment, normative commitment and ideal commitment.Leader trust negatively predicted choice commitment.(6) Psychological empowerment predicted organizational commitment. Meaning and impact positively predicted affective commitment and normative commitment. Meaning and competence positively predicted ideal commitment. Impact positively predicted economic commitment. Competence negatively predicted choice commitment.(7) Psychological empowerment partly mediated the relationship between organizational trust and organizational commitment. Meaning and Impact partly mediated relationships between enterprise trust and emotional commitment as well as normative commitment; Meaning partly mediated relationships between leader trust and emotional commitment, normative commitment as well as ideal commitment; Meaning fully mediated relationship between enterprise trust and ideal commitment.
