Research On Land Use Structure Optimization Based On Resource Value Accounting

Accompanied by human economic and social development on a global scale, the shortage ofenvironmental resources and other problems had become more and more serious, the contradictionwhich is between people and land has become increasingly prominent, land carrying capacitydecreased, land use structure is irrational, a serious impediment to sustainable economic and socialdevelopment. People try to optimize the allocation of land resources further and improve landcarrying capacity, but until now, land-use structure optimize with little success. The reason is thattraditional land-use structure optimization method does not reflect the role of natural resources inthe socio-economic development, also does not reflect the damage that is caused by the human inthe process of socio-economic development of natural resources, to make it impossible to optimizescientific and effective land use structure. Therefore, the dissertation starts from studying the valueaccounting of land resources, to optimize the value of land resources and land-used systems linkedto establish the land-used structure optimization model that is based on the value accounting ofresource to achieve the optimal allocation of land resources.The dissertation analyzes the research progress on the basis of the value of naturalresource-based analysis of the connotation, discusses resource value accounting and therelationship between land use structure optimization, then a case study was made in GuangxiBeibu Gulf Economic Zone, to estimate the economic, social and ecological values of differentland-used types, and to maximize the value of three integrated as the objectives, considering thelocal land resources status, socio-economic development and regional land use planning targetdata operability, and this constraint requires a gray parameter optimization model, and then grayrelational analysis of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of land use structure to optimize theconfiguration program, proposed the land use structure optimization suggestions of GuangxiBeibu Gulf Economic Zone.
