Urban Land Intensive Utilization Evaluation Of Land Resource Management In Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Under The Background Of The City

Select the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of urban land as the research object, Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone 2008--2014 years of demographic, economic, social development and land use data as the basic data to establish PSR framework, comprehensive evaluation method of the Beibu Gulf economic land intensive use evaluation. It concluded that:(1) the level of intensive use of land in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has undergone extensive, moderate to intensive utilization of the development process in general, the overall trend is rising;(2) the construction of urban expansion pressure, the contradiction between people is to promote land the main factor of intensive use, the pressure contradiction between people's issues and the expansion of urban construction remains tense;(3) the pressure, the state, in response to the development of the three systems tend to balance development, coordination between systems toward a good direction. Recommendations:(1) strengthen land intensive use of market guidance and oversight mechanisms, strictly protect arable land, control of construction land growth;(2) comb the city of ideas, improve the land intensive use of performance appraisal system;(3) According to the regional industry association develop industrial land policy.
