The Research For Coupling Mechanism Of Industrial Structure Optimization And Land Intensive Use Of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is located at the southern coastal region of Guangxi,the jurisdiction of administrative area coprised Nanning, Beihai, Qinzhou, Fangchenggangfour cities, planning and construction of Yulin, Chongzuo the two cities’ traffic logistics, itsland area is42500square kilometers. Because of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is thefringe of the Southern China Economic Circle, Southwest Economic Circle and the ASEANEconomic Circle. It is the only coastal area of Chinese Western Development, it has both sealanes and land border region in our country to the ASEAN countries. Location advantages areobvious, strategic positions are prominent. Our country pay high attention to the developmentof Guangxi coastal area, creating the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as the great brigdgehead ofChinese Western Development, and constructing the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone as the keyopen cooperation areas to ASEAN. Our country puts forward a new requirement, and gives anew mission to Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. The opportunity to speed up thedevelopment of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has come, the conditions are ripe.After the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone was promoted to the nationaldevelopment strategy level, faced the good development form. At the same time, GuangxiBeibu Gulf Economic Zone is facing a contradiction: the limited land resource and promoteindustrial economic development. The Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone how to seize thedevelopment opportunities, how to innovate the mode of intensive land use and construct theoptimization model of industrial structure. The reseach about optimization model of industrialstructure and rational use land has become a hot topics, it is also the focus of the paper. Thisstudy will draw on the experience of the development of coastal regions and the domesticeconomic zone, and combination of the actual situation of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, putforward the improvement measures of industrial structure optimization and land intensiveuse.Improving and perfecting the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone industrial optimizationand land use has important policy and practical significance. Wishing the paper enriches and perfects the theoretical application and thefoundation research of the Ministry Key Laboratory in Beibu Gulf.Basing on the data of industrial structure and land use from2005to2012of GuangxiBeibu Gulf Economic Zone, construct reasonable index evaluation system. In the process ofcalculating economic zone industrial structure optimization, based on the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model, determining the weights of the indexes of industrial structure under the entropy value method, using half step function to determine the indexmembership degree, through matrix operations, get the industrial structure optimization(P=0.6599，0.7148，0.7733，0.7621，0.7674，0.7998，0.8037，0.8094) from2005to2012of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone; In the process of calculating economic zone land useintensity, determining the index weight of extremum method at first, then based on the BPneural network model, continuous debugging the input layer, hidden layer, output layer ofnetwork, until to get the optimal model; Finally, using the BP neural network model tocalculate the land intensive degree（T=0.5767,0.5897,0.6009,0.6217,0.6408,0.6923，0.7647,07542）of the economic zone. Based on the intensity and optimization of theeconomic area, using the grey correlation degree model, calculated to industrial structure andland utilization coefficient of correlation (O=0.5254，0.5446，0.5660，0.5838，0.6002，0.6154，0.6294，0.6425). The results show: the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi2005to2012industrial structure and land use coupling degree is0.5887. Guangxi Beibu Gulf EconomicZone is at the basically coupled stage. The industrial structure and land use of Guangxi BeibuGulf Economic Zone have sufficient increase in space and great potential for development.
