Study On Ecological Risk Assessment Of Land Use In Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

Land is the basis material for human survival and development.The destruction of human ecological environment is becoming increasingly serious with the breadth and depth of human activities continue to expand.Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is in a critical period of development,and the ecological environment of land is related to the sustainable development of the region.Evaluate the ecological risk of land use is very important to effectively improve the ecological environment,identify institutional policies,configure land resources,promote social harmony and stability,and to achieve regional sustainable development.Select Nanning,Beihai,Qinzhou and Fangchenggang for the study area,constructing evaluation index system from risk source,risk receptor and risk response based on the analysis of the temporal and spatial changes of land use in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,and then applying fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the ecological risk of land use in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,the results show:(1)The change of land use type in the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is relatively stable from 1995 to 2015,and the comprehensive utilization rate of land use in each district is less than 2%.The areas of change are mainly in Nanning urban areas,coastal areas and eastern regions,and the types of land use which have changed are mainly cultivated land,green land and construction land.The area of cultivated land is reduced,and the area of construction land and green space is increased,it is because the cultivated land has been transformed into construction land and green space.Relatively speaking,the change of water area and unused land is small.(2)In 1995,the main ecological risk level of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone was lower risk,including Wuming County,Longan County,Mashan County,Shanglin County,Hengxian County,Qinzhou City area,Lingshan County,Pubei County,Fangchenggang City area,Shangsi County and Dongxing City.And Nanning City area,Binyang County and Hepu County are medium risk zone,Beihai City area is the high risk area,there are no low risk areas and high risk areas.Overall,the ecological environment of the economic zone is good,it means the ecological environment of the economic zone is less damaged,and the ecosystem structure is still complete.The level of land use ecological risk in 2015 is mainly lower risk level and medium risk level,the lower risk area including Wuming County,Hengxian,Qinzhou City area,Lingshan County,Pubei County,Fangchenggang City area and Shangsi County.The medium risk level area including Nanning city area,Longan County,Masan County,Shanglin County,Binyang County,Hepu County and Dongxing City.And the higher risk area is the Beihai City area.(3)From 1995 to 2015,the ecological risk level of Nanning City area,Wuming County,Binyang County,Hengxian County,Hepu County,Qinzhou City area,Lingshan County,Pubei County,Fangchenggang City area and Shangsi County has not changed,the cological environment is stable.But the ecological risk level of Longan County,Masan County,Shanglin County and Dongxing City increased from the lower risk to the middle risk.Only the ecological risk level of Beihai City area is reduced from high risk level to higher risk.However,in addition to Beihai City area and Hepu County,the rest of the county's ecological risk values are increased.In general,the ecological environment is deteriorating.(4)Analyze the correlation between the change of ecological risk and the dynamic degree of land use based on the result of land use dynamic degree and ecological risk assessment.The results show that there is a positive correlation between ecological risk change and land use dynamic.In other words,the greater the change in land use,the greater the change in ecological risk value.Based on the above results,it is suggested that the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone should strengthen the guiding and binding effect of the planning on development and the dynamic monitoring of land use.In addition,strictly implement the policy of cultivated land protection and mitigate the risk of regional land carrying capacity through appropriate population control policies.The most important thing is to raise the public awareness of ecological and environmental protection.Finally,promote the sustainable use of regional land resources and regional health and orderly development.
