Service innovation is to make the user feel different from former potential new content. Service innovation to provide users with advanced service which cannot be achieved before due to technical constraints, but now through the break of limitation which can provide. For a small and medium enterprise which of providing products services, the service innovation to a large extent decide the development of enterprises. The enterprise should be in intense market competition to survive, and must study the management strategy and the mode of operation deeply, and make corresponding adjustment.This paper based from the TF company product service innovation practice research to analysis problem of TF Company in innovation practice in present situation, at the same time give some suggestions to TF’s products and services innovation development countermeasure.This paper using the theoretic and demonstration combined together to analyze the theory foundation of service innovation and the achieved effect of TF Company The innovation of this article is based on TF products and Services Company based on the analysis of current situation, analysis of product service innovation problems needed to be solved in. On the service innovation related concept are introduced the operation management theory and method of service innovation for serious research, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various theories, on the basis of thorough digestion, absorption, science, reasonable application for TF service innovation research applications. Secondly, according to the service innovation on the four dimensions of the TF company external environment, internal conditions are analyzed, so as to determine the company’s strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and challenges it is facing, and according to customer relationship theory and competition theory, analyzes the existing problems causes and impact, according to the corresponding problem is proposed for adjustment. Finally, according to the above identified innovation train of thought, using related theory, combinative our city is related to the actual situation of the market, according to TF company product service innovation process problems, targeted to TF company product service innovation and puts forward some opinions and suggestions. The background of TF company product service innovation is the older product consumption growing conditions, love calling device in our city has a very broad market space, but because of the current company personnel, service innovation consciousness is thin, product service diversification degree low status, make TF company product service innovation there are still many problems.
