With a view to avoiding risks, the management of Baoshang Bank has changed the management concept, taken the initiative to conduct differentiated services and tried to avoid competing for big customers and large projects with large banks; as a result, the Board of Directors has determined to focus on serving micro-enterprises and specifically established the business sector on micro-enterprise loan, namely, Micro-enterprise Financial Department.The micro-enterprise loan business of Baoshang Bank has informative and labor-intensive characteristics, requiring a large number of high-quality and professional micro-enterprise loan account managers. With nearly a decade of development, there are more than1,180micro-enterprise loan account managers with professional training in Baoshang Bank, and the outstanding micro-enterprise loan account managers of the bank can manage more than200micro-enterprises, the micro-enterprise loan account managers have preliminary become the Professional in Recruitment, Training and Loan.As the maturity of micro-enterprise loan account managers of Baoshang Bank, the burnout, demission and dissatisfaction with the reality have emerged, the main reason is that Baoshang Bank at present still uses the traditional pyramid rank system, that is to say, when an employee wants to be promoted, he/she has to give up the title as a micro-enterprise loan account manager, but works in the management position, which greatly limits the career development of micro-enterprise loan account managers. This paper, combined with the practical situation of the work and based on the analysis over the current situation of micro-enterprise credit business of BaoShang Bank, researches existing problems in the carrier design of micro enterprise loan account managers of BaoShang Bank, explores a new model of planning the career development of micro-enterprise loan account managers. Its specific initiatives are as follows:improving the management channel of micro-enterprise loan account managers; carrying out the administrative recruitment over micro-enterprise loan account manager; perfecting the upgrade and downgrade management over micro-enterprise loan account manager; implementing the deferred payment of bonuses to micro-enterprise loan account managers; cultivating the career ot micro-enterprise loan account managers from ability cultivation and technology channel establishment; and perfecting the follow-up cultivation of primary micro-enterprise loan account managers and the cultivation of senior micro-enterprise loan account managers.This paper aims to perfect the system of micro-enterprise loan account manager, change the drain of micro-enterprise loan account managers at present, and fully mobilize the potentials and advantages of micro-enterprise loan account managers, thus flourishing the micro-enterprise loan business of Baoshang Bank.
