Employee development is the lasting guarantee of enterprise development,which should be realized through effective career development path.In this paper,from the perspective of the company,is content with YRK staff career development path,in the theory and relevant professional development path based on literature research,comparison analysis and interview survey method,to YRK company employee career development path to the present situation,problems,reasons and YRK company staff career development path selection,planning,implementation,dedicated to explore.The study found that YRK company is a traditional manufacturing enterprise,which follows the original operation and management system and adopts the traditional career development path characterized by administrative promotion,which leads to the single type of employee career development path,unreasonable planning and imperfect management,which limits the possibility of employee career development to a great extent and affects the sustainable development of human resources of YRK company.Aiming at the problems and reasons existing in the career development path of employees in YRK company,this paper studies the characteristics and framework of the career development path of employees that can meet the common development needs of employees and organizations in YRK company,as well as the process and way of employees realizing their personal career development path in YRK company,so as to realize the improvement of employees’ professional ability and career development.Firstly,this paper discusses the various possibilities of employees’ career development path selection from the two levels of employees and enterprises,defines the needs of employees’ career development and the characteristics of career development path,and points out that employees’ career development path relies on but is not limited to the internal career development path of YRK company.Secondly,on the basis of clarifying YRK’s talent development strategy,combined with the company’s organizational position system,plan a diversified career development path in line with YRK’s organizational development objectives and employee development needs from the four perspectives of width,length,node and change route,and establish YRK ’s employee career development path framework.Finally,clarify the implementation methods,implementation steps and safeguard measures from the company’s career development path planning to the design of employees’ personal career development path,so as to realize the dynamic management of employees’ personal career development path.This paper selects typical employee categories to discuss the career development path selection and path planning of employees in YRK company.The results of this study have some inspiration value for the application and management of employee career development path in YRK Company,and some reference for the management practice of employee career development path in related enterprises.At the end of the paper,the contribution and limitation of this research,as well as the problems to be solved in further research are explained.
